WHAT’S REQUIRED?
Commitment, organisation, discipline, an open mind and positive attitude – 5 training sessions each week, for 12 weeks, on consecutive days. Don’t think you can do it? Here are some extraordinary examples

HOW LONG IS EACH SESSION?
Roughly 60-75 minutes, depending on numbers in the group
Extra cardio (if necessary) is about 30 mins – to be done by yourself at opposite end of the day to the gym session

Eating clean, healthy, wholefoods – you can’t out-train a bad diet and you’ll discover why
100% adherence on 6/7 days is a must
